Steers flowed efficiently throughout the back yards & force. 9 steers became agitated in weigh station exiting with haste, 6 steers continued to be alert post assessment. Steers were accommodating when released in holding paddock, being maneuvered around on foot without issue for photos & videos.

90 - Vendor bred EU accredited Angus steers presenting in healthy store to forward store condition. Steers are bred from a reputable base of Angus genetics from the renowned "Farleigh" herd, based predominately on Kansas Angus & more recently Bald Blair Angus genetics, with a particular focus on using bulls with high index's for IMF & Long Fed traits. Steers are the 2nd draft of the 2022 drop steers, presenting in ideal feeder condition.A compensatory weight gain would be expected given a rise in nutrition. Purchasers please note: Steers have received 2 x Bovilis MH+IBR vaccinations with the most recent 3 weeks prior to assessment, batch, bottle numbers & expiry dated are listed in media. Sale of steers presents an opportunity to purchase a genuine line of Vendor bred, EU accredited Angus steers to take on & further background or feed for either Domestic, Export or Angus specific long fed feedlot markets. Note Vendor has the 1st draft of 70 steers in same sale total 160 head offered.

Delivery Comments
Delivery to Armidale Saleyards Tuesday afternoon 14/05/24, in preparation of weighing next morning. Steers will be available for delivery from 7:30am Wednesday morning. Steers remaining at saleyards will be fed @ $4/hd per day at purchasers expense.

Steers are to be delivered to the Armidale saleyards the night prior to delivery & weighed the next morning after a 12 hour curfew on water. Steers will be available for delivery after being weighed
